The gouges are crafted from the finest steel and are optimally hardened. They are ideally suited for all types of soft stones such as soapstone and alabaster but also for wood. The hardness of the steel creates tools of high quality.

Our sculpting tools are manufactured by the small smithy Renzo Milani Apuaner in the Alps, near Pietrasanta and Carrara in northern Italy. For more than one hundred years, the Milani family has made handcrafted tools and equipment for stone sculpting.

The gouges measure, including the wooden handle, 15 cm long.
