Shipping & Payment

After choosing a product on mercuirus_baltic.eu, go to "Checkout", fill in all required fields, then select – Place Order.

Then you will receive an order confirmation – ORDER CONFIRMATION – to the e-mail you specified.

This is not an invoice, please do not pay it.

An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when the order is ready for collection or shipping.

Delivery

Free – free order pickup in the warehouse

When placing an order on the mercurius_baltic.eu page, indicate that you will pick up the order yourself at our warehouse in Riga, Nometņu Street 54.

We will contact you and agree on the time of receiving the order.

Delivery of order is available on Nometņu Street 54, at a specific time agreed in advance.

Economical delivery – delivery to parcel machines

Place an order on mercurius_baltic.eu and the delivery method, indicate the most convenient DPD pick-up point for you.

Please choose Omniva parcel machine only if there is no DPD parcel machine nearby.

DPD parcel machine delivery costs 3.50 EUR in Latvia, 4.80 EUR in Lithuania and 4.90 EUR in Estonia (incl. VAT); the checkout shows the price for your country.

Omniva parcel machine delivery costs 2.90 EUR in Latvia, 4.50 EUR in Lithuania and 4.60 EUR in Estonia (incl. VAT); the checkout shows the price for your country.

Product size limitations (Width x Length x Height) – 38 x 64 x 41cm;

Comfort delivery – receiving packages by courier

Delivery is possible through Omniva or DPD couriers.

The price of the service depends on the size of the packaged order S, M, L, XL and is calculated after the order is placed.

Payment

Payment is made according to the details specified in the invoice.
