DISTANCE AGREEMENT
The seller of the offered items in-store is SIA MERCURIUS BALTIC, LV40103585631, jur. address Talsu iela 34A/1, Riga LV-1002, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
GENERAL RULES
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver packages to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
General description of the items, the composition is specified for each product separately. Product information is subject to change without notice.
The colors of the products in real life may differ from the pictures shown on the Internet.
Product prices are listed separately for each product. The seller informs that the prices in the online store are variable. Seller may change prices without prior notice.
ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The buyer orders items through this website, indicating the type and quantity of items to be purchased.
Payment for the order is possible only by bank transfer according to the corresponding invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
An invoice is issued only when the item is ready for delivery or collection.
If the product is in stock, the product is prepared for delivery within 1-2 working days.
If the product is not in stock, the Seller informs the Buyer about the possible waiting time for the goods.
Then the estimated delivery date is not the promised date and may change due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
REFUSAL RIGHTS
The buyer has the right to refuse the purchase of the ordered goods if they are not promised or delivered within a reasonable time, informing the Seller about this in writing by e-mail.
The buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product,
Following the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207, informing the Seller about it in an e-mail.
To exercise this right, the Product must be kept in the same condition as at the time of receipt. If the Product is used and/or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the Seller has the right to refuse the return of the products.
